About L&S Family Farms


L&S Family Farms is in the cattle business of cow/calf, stocker, and feeder cattle located in Nash County, North Carolina. We process our feeder cattle to provide quality beef to consumers. We are passionate about the well being of our cattle, as so many consumers are about the finished product. Our cattle are pasture raised and finished on a high forage diet formulated by a livestock nutrionist and mixed daily . We sell our beef two ways - by the pound in quarter, half or whole cow or in beef packages containing a range of beef cuts.

September 2024 we will be offering a premium freezer beef option. It has been 4 years in the making and we will now be offering 50% wagyu beef shares. Wagyu beef is the term referring to the Japanese breed of cattle catergorized for their high marbling carcasses. We’ve cross our Texas originated, Akaushi bull to our Angus based momma cows to produce an even more enjoyable beef flavor.
